Call for Candidates

Is it your time to get involved in the governance at Sterling Ranch? The Sterling Ranch Community Authority Board (CAB) is seeking qualified residents for a number of different leadership opportunities and we hope you will consider these opportunities. Currently, CAB has the following committee and Metropolitan District board seats available:

Community Standards Committee – 3 Openings, appointed by CAB Board of Directors
Design Advisory Committee – 3 to 7 Openings, appointed by CAB Board of Directors
Resident Advisory Committee – 2 Openings, appointed by CAB Board of Directors
SR Colorado Metropolitan District No. 2 – 2 Openings, election by registered voters
SR Colorado Metropolitan District No. 3 – 4 Openings, election by registered voters
