[ARCHIVED] Sterling Ranch Community Survey

Good evening Sterling Ranch Residents,

We are thrilled that you have decided to call Sterling Ranch home and strive to make the community an incredible place to live. In our quest for excellence, we need your help. Attached is the inaugural annual community survey designed to provide feedback on key community performance indicators. The responses will be utilized to determine future offerings and initiatives, assist with resource allocation, and set annual benchmarks to measure future performance.

While taking the anonymous survey, we only ask that you be fair and honest in your feedback. Please note: the survey includes questions directly under CAB’s purview and categories where CAB has no oversite but in providing survey results, can influence future outcomes. The results will be shared with several service providers and entities with the sole intent of continuing to make Sterling Ranch the best and most desirable place to live in Colorado. In addition, the aggregated survey results will be provided to homeowners in January (to promote active survey participation, individual comments will not be made available to the community).

It will take approximately 20-40 minutes to complete the survey and all adults within the household are encouraged to participate. We appreciate your participation and look forward to your valuable feedback and suggestions. All who complete the entire survey will be entered to win one of 10, $50 gift cards to various local establishments such as Atlas, Grist, and Home Depot. Please take a moment to provide your feedback.
