CANCELED Hatha Venyasa Flow Yoga

A class for all levels, this hatha vinyasa flow starts with establishing a strong foundation through slowing down to find alignment then building to up-tempo flow sequences. Revitalize your body and relax your mind, while linking breath to movement as we reduce stress and increase strength and flexibility. Participants will begin to explore balance, coordination, and increase breath capacity while gaining awareness of the mind body connection. This class has options for all levels and meets students where they are on their personal yoga journey.
Bring your mat, water, and a flexible mind. Class cost is $15 per session and cash or Venmo is accepted. Class waiver form is required for first time participants and can be sent ahead of time or filled out before class start time.
