Design Review Committee Meeting

Overview

The application of appropriate design principles creates community goodwill and establishes visually pleasing aesthetics for all residents and visitors. With these principles in mind, the Sterling Ranch Community Authority Board, through its appointed Design Review Committee, reviews and determines the acceptability of proposed changes to the exterior of your home or on your lot.

Any change to the home's exterior or on the lot must be submitted to the Sterling Ranch Design Review Committee ("DRC"), and approval is obtained before any work is started.

Meetings

The DRC meets on the first and third Thursday of the month from March through September and the third Thursday of the month from October through February. The meetings are held at the Overlook Clubhouse (7853 Piney River Ave).
