Design Advisory Committee
Overview The Design Advisory Committee (DAC) consists of five homeowner volunteers and one alternate who supports and advises the Design Review Committee (DRC), focusing on homeowner submissions, compliance, and improvements. The DAC will consider and review homeowner requests for impact on neighboring properties and community areas in accordance with community rules and regulations and provide the DRC with a recommendation on whether or not the DRC should approve as defined in its Documents (Resolution Formation of Design Advisory Committee ).
Meetings The DAC meets on the second and fourth Thursday of the month from March through September and the second Thursday of the month from October through February. The meetings will be held in person at the Overlook Clubhouse (7853 Piney River Ave).
