Jessica Towles
Director of Community Experience and Resident SupportBuilding community is Jessica’s passion - not just the building of homes but the lifestyle, camaraderie, and joy that comes when living in an active, engaged community. She is always busy overseeing Sterling Ranch’s forward-facing teams including communications, design review, community standards, parks, recreation, and open space management and interacting with residents. With over 20 years of community management experience, the love of her profession began at the age of 7 when she started worked in her aunts’ offices writing out rent receipts, and in her teenage years performing property inspections, managing pools and lifeguarding. Jessica’s drive and passion comes from learning how to walk again after breaking her neck in fifth grade. Rehab led to a love of competitive swimming, water polo and roller derby! She has a bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Contracting and Management from Purdue University. When Jessica is not working at Sterling Ranch, she loves volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, teaching for the Community Associations Institute, and spending time with her family.

Heather Calme
Senior Director of Builder and Community StandardsHeather Calme is our Senior Director of Builder and Community Standards at Sterling Ranch. She oversees our community’s day-to-day building standards, maintaining relationships with the individual homebuilders, vendors, and residents. She has been designing and imagining the built world around her since she was big enough to run down the front walk for the Sunday edition of the newspaper and pour over the home section for design inspiration. The best part of her role at Sterling Ranch is partnering with the builders to turn a vision into a tangible product. She finds joy in the collaboration of the teams it takes to create homes in a neighborhood that is unique and beautiful. Prior to joining Sterling Ranch, she worked for B+Y Architects as a Project Manager on the initial visioning and land plan designs for Sterling Ranch. Heather earned a Master’s of Architecture degree from the University of Colorado, Denver and a Bachelor of Science degree in Design from the University of California, Davis. In her spare time, Heather can be found with a paint brush in hand, creating artwork she features at local art and craft fairs.
