Billing
After you close on your home, you will automatically be set up for water, sewer, stormwater, and trash disposal services. Monthly and quarterly fees for these services are billed by the CAB and sent via mail to each homeowner.
Each homeowner will be responsible for setting up personal accounts for gas, electricity, and internet.
