The Overlook Clubhouse includes a large outdoor pool and a splash pad. Residents can enjoy open swim and lap swim, swimming lessons, and Lifestyle events throughout the Summer months.

Pool Season is Memorial Day - Labor Day
When lifeguards are not on duty, it is SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Lifeguards will not be on duty if the outside temperature is lower than 65 degrees.
You must check-in at the front desk. There is NO side gate entrance.
Swim diapers must be worn by those that are incontinent
Children 11 and under are to be accompanied by a parent/guardian over the age of 18 at all times. Unsupervised children will be asked to leave or to have an appropriate supervisor accompany them.
NO GLASS!
No running on the pool deck.
Float devices are at the discretion of the lifeguards. They must be able to see under it.
Shoes are to be worn indoors at all times.
Guests must be accompanied by the resident who is providing guest passes at all times. If guests are not accompanied by the resident, they will be asked to leave.

Guest Passes:
Each household receives 25 guest passes linked to your CIVICREC account each calendar year.
Each CAB Resident household is permitted up to six (6) guests per day. If the pool is not at capacity, additional guests beyond six (6) will be permitted for a fee of $5.00 per guest. CAB Residents are encouraged to call and verify capacity before arrival.
Guests MUST be accompanied by the CAB Resident providing the guest passes at all times during their use of Clubhouse and Pool facilities. If guests are not accompanied by the resident, they will be asked to leave.
When you arrive with your guests, you must let us know you have guests so we may deduct the passes from your account.
