Resident Memberships

Memberships for Sterling Ranch residents come at no additional cost. Each household is required to fill out a membership form listing all members that live in the household, then each member will receive a membership card to use when entering the facility.

How to Receive Your Resident Membership Cards

  1. Once you close on your home in Sterling Ranch, complete the Resident Amenity Form. List each member of your household that lives in the house (including children). Memberships will not be given to family members that do not reside in the home. 
  2. Allow 2 business days for the Resident Services Team to process your membership request and prepare your access cards.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email when your membership cards are ready to be picked up from
  4. Proof of Sterling Ranch address will be required by all adults listed on the Resident Amenity Form that are 25 or older. Proof of residency is not required by anyone 24 years of age or younger. Acceptable documentation includes closing documents, utility bills, driver's licenses, etc.
